Temneet Sahle is currently a junior at the University of Washington, Seattle, with the intent of studying Technical Communications. She is a member of the student initiated, student-run University of Washington Dream Project, a program which assists first generation, low income students achieve their goals of higher education. She also lends much of her time on campus to the UW Women’s Center’s Making Connections Program; with similar goals to the Dream Project in assisting disadvantaged high school students attain a higher education. Her passion is education especially since she has faced many barriers as a student to achieve her own educational goals.
