Katja Antoine is a cultural anthropologist and consultant who works with organizations to promote a healthy work culture. Her consultant work focuses on issues of diversity, inclusion, implicit bias, communication, and conflict resolution. She holds a Ph.D. in Anthropology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Her research expertise is on the topics of race, gender, performance, and the entertainment industry, with an emphasis on race and gender analysis. She has also worked as a university lecturer, public speaker, workshop leader, and writer on the topics of race, gender, and U.S. culture. In addition, she has a certificate in Human Resources Management and is a trained mediator.

Born to a Swedish mother and an African-American father, Katja Antoine grew up in Sweden, Spain, and France. She has traveled extensively across the world and is multilingual. She moved to the U.S. from Sweden in her late teens, and currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
