Independent Historian

Kim Viner is a sixth-generation Laramie native and graduate of the University of Wyoming. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1974 through 1994, retiring with the rank of commander. He is currently a volunteer docent at the Laramie Plains Museum and serves on the board of the Albany County Historical Society.
