Dr. Lisa Roy is Director of Program Development with the Buffett Early Childhood Institute at the University of Nebraska, Omaha. She has worked in the field of early childhood for three decades as a school administrator, in leadership positions for various foundations, and as a program administrator for various non-profits. She is an avid genealogist. Lisa has an Ed.D. in Leadership for Educational Equity, with an emphasis on executive leadership and a M.A. in Counseling Psychology and Counselor Education from the University of Colorado at Denver’s (UCD) School of Education and Human Development Graduate Studies.
