Jimmy Rop was born and raised in a Christian and African traditionalist home in Eldoret, Kenya. Following primary school, he attended St. Patrick’s High School in Iten, Kenya. He arrived in the United States and is now a senior at Berea College, majoring in Physics and Computer science. He hopes to study software engineering in graduate school.
