Arthur Petersen

Arthur Petersen, who is bilingual, was born in New York City but raised in St. Croix in the Virgin Islands by his maternal grandparents. He is a paraprofessional at Lew Muckel Elementary School in Christiansted. He received an Associate of Arts degree from Clinton College in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and further studies at the University of the Virgin Islands. Also, he is the author of two books: I Paved the Way for Real Divas: Selected Classical Singers, Composers, and Pianists, published by Beyond the Bookcase, and Quiet Quotes in Four Seasons. Additionally, he has contributed to the anthology Second Coming or Second Trade-Off: Contemporary and Relevant Literature During the Pandemic. His international travels include Morocco, Spain, and seven times to Cuba.
