James Cameron Guy is a student at the University of Washington, Seattle. He is a History major with a particular focus on Ancient Roman and Greek History. Growing up in the greater area of Seattle has exposed James to an abundance of diversity that is rare in other parts of the United States. This created an opportunity of interest for him in the role of African Americans in U.S. History. After finishing his first degree in 2017, James hopes to pursue the career of teaching, either at the secondary of college level.
